PCB-Mount Stabilizers
Hey, this is DesignerStudio. We are working nonstop with JWICK to produce the PCB-Mount version of our adaptive structure stabilizers. Besides the advantages we took from our plate-mount version, we also added some new features to suit better for custom keyboard users. And now, let us proudly introduce the product!
Innovative Features
1. Adaptive Support
Unlike any other stabilizers on the market, we added an elastic part in the insert to better support the wire, which will restrain the wire’s free movement in the stabilizer and eliminate rattling and pingy noise. The best part is, you don’t need to tune the wires anymore! Minor bent of the wires will be neglectable due to this structure. And don’t worry about the lifespan of the part, it is integrated-molded with the whole insert and made of high polymer, which is one of the best fatigue-resisting material during our tests.
2. Small upgrade, great experience
Compared to our plate-mount version, we first remove the bump on the bottom of the insert. Instead, we prepare two different pads for elaborating the bottom-out experience. The Teflon pad provides a solid sound and typing experience, whereas the silicone pad provides a more gentle and soft feedback.
What’s more, we modify the mold to suit the PCB mounting. The wire’s travel distance is longer compared to the plate-mount version. So we alter the elastic part for better tolerance.
